slideroom can be installed directly in PowerPoint via the Microsoft Office Store (open PowerPoint » “Insert” » “Get Add-ins” » “STORE” » enter “slideroom” in the search field » “Add”) or via the direct download link on our website. Installation is fully automatic and takes less than 30 seconds. Your internal IT department usually does not need to be involved, unless PowerPoint add-ins are generally blocked in your company or similar.

slideroom runs on Microsoft Office 2013 and all newer versions (Office 2013, Office 2016, Office 2019, Office 365 etc.).

If you would like your data to be deleted, simply send an email with the relevant information from the email address you registered with to support@slideroom.de. We will then delete your data completely within three working days at the latest.

Downloaded content can be used without any time limit even after cancellation, in accordance with the respective terms of use.

slideroom contains both internal company images and licence-free stock images. For internal company images, the respective company or its responsible administrator is responsible for uploading only images that the company may use without legal restrictions.

The more than one million licence-free stock images are 100 % free of charge and may be used worldwide without (!) attribution. The images may be edited and modified as desired. In addition to PowerPoint presentations, the images may also be used online (website, app, social media, e-commerce shop, blog, newsletter, e-book etc.) and for adverts, banners, flyers, postcards, invitations, magazines, albums, books and CD covers within the respective terms of use of pixabay (https://pixabay.com/service/terms/), pexels (https://www.pexels.com/license/) and unsplash (https://unsplash.com/license).

The following is not permitted:

• Selling or distributing images in digital form, in particular as stock photos or digital wallpapers, as well as selling or distributing images e.g. as posters, digital prints or physical products without adding further elements or otherwise creating added value
• Depicting identifiable persons in an offensive, pornographic, obscene, immoral, defamatory or libellous way, or suggesting that depicted persons, brands, organisations etc. endorse or approve certain products or services, unless permission has been granted.

All images may be used freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes; however, elements shown in the images, such as identifiable persons, logos and brands, may be subject to additional copyrights, property rights, personality rights, trademark rights etc. The consent of a third party or a licence for these rights may be required, especially for commercial use.

For internal company content (images, icons etc.), the respective company or its responsible administrator is responsible for uploading only content that the company may use across all media without legal restrictions. For online images, the respective terms of use of pixabay (https://pixabay.com/service/terms/), pexels (https://www.pexels.com/license/) and unsplash (https://unsplash.com/license) apply.

After conclusion of the contract, slideroom runs for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the selected service period (monthly or yearly). Separate agreements on contract terms and cancellation options are possible by arrangement.
