Frequently asked questions

What does “AI-ready” mean for a slide master?
An AI-ready slide master is built so that AI tools can reliably read and fill it: clear layout names, real placeholders, defined theme colours and fonts, and a lean structure. That way, generated slides come out directly in your corporate design.
Which file formats can I upload?
PowerPoint templates (.potx) and presentations (.pptx), each up to 50 MB. Content on the slides is not needed – we’re only interested in the master and its layouts.
What happens to our file?
Your file is transferred encrypted, stored on servers in Germany and used exclusively for the check and the detailed feedback. It is deleted automatically after 30 days. It is not passed on to third parties and not used to train AI models.
How accurate is the automated check?
The check reads your slide master directly – theme colours, fonts, layouts, placeholders, naming and structure – and compares it with your website. This gives a reliable first assessment. Aspects such as imagery or brand impact are reviewed in detail by our presentation experts before a joint meeting.
Why do we need a business email address?
From your business address we derive your company website and compare your master with your corporate design. That’s why we cannot accept private addresses such as gmail, outlook.com or yahoo.
What does the check cost?
Nothing. The check is free and without obligation. In the optional meeting we discuss the results and sensible next steps – if your master needs optimising, we’re happy to make you an offer on request.
