What does “AI-ready” mean for a slide master?
An AI-ready slide master is structured so that AI tools can reliably read and populate it: clear layout names, true placeholders, predefined design colors and fonts, and a streamlined structure. This ensures that generated slides are created directly in line with the corporate design.
What file formats can I upload?
PowerPoint templates (.potx) and presentations (.pptx), up to 50 MB each. Content on the slides is not required—we’re only interested in the master file and its layouts.
What happens to our file?
Your file is transmitted in encrypted form, stored on servers in Germany, and used exclusively for the check and detailed feedback. It is automatically deleted after 30 days. It is not shared with third parties and is not used to train AI models.
How accurate is the automatic check?
The check analyzes your slide master directly—design colors, fonts, layouts, placeholders, naming conventions, and structure—and compares it with your website. This provides a reliable initial assessment. Our presentation experts will then evaluate aspects such as visual language and brand impact in detail before our joint meeting.
Why do we need a business email address?
We use your business email address to create your company website and align your master template with your corporate design. For this reason, we cannot accept personal email addresses such as gmx, web.de, or gmail.
